This can be done online at www.allenshill.co.uk (make sure you receive a receipt from PayPal confirming your entry) or by post (please include rider/horse name, class, contact details on the back of a cheque made payable to Allens Hill).

If you let us know before the class has closed, we will fully refund or transfer your entry. Once the class has closed, unfortunately we are unable to do this.
For showjumping competitions you get given a number when you enter which you will need to remember. If you have entered via PayPal please declare with the entire secretary when you arrive so that you an be given a number.
Unaffiliated dressage doesn't require you to have a number but for BD competitions you will be given a number when you ring for your times.
Your test sheet will not be handed back to you if you are doing another test in front of the same judge or if you have won prize money. This can be collected from the scorer.
The times you are given is for your dressage test. You have time after to change tack, put on boots etc before you come round to jump in the main arena. The practice fences are also in there waiting for you!

1. Only use permitted saddlery for the level of competition (boots are also permitted).
2. Pass left hand to left hand when meeting a rider coming in the opposite direction.
3. Do not halt or walk on the outside track - this is for use by riders going at the faster paces.
4. Do not stand inside the warm up arena if you are on foot.
5. Be watchful and respectful of other competitors and take not of armbands/tail ribbons etc to avoid accidents.
6. Make tack adjustments and have chats outside the arena.
Yes for BD tests (except at Area festival, Championship, Premier Leagues), however spurs can be used in any test.
No to whips for BE tests.
BD tests may be called for all levels except except at Area festival, Championship, Premier Leagues (may be called in warm up tests).
The caller must read exactly what it says on the test sheet.
BE tests can not be called.
Where possible, Allens Hill staff will try to help out and call a test for a competitor if requested (a £1 donation to Air Ambulance is appreciated).
Please come and tell one of the scores and allow them to alter the scoreboard and notify the writers if we are able to accommodate your change. Any other changes to the scoreboard will be ignored. Sections may only be change before the start of the class.
